Moses Morse Sawin bought Buck's Express on August 14, 1860, "He conducted this business several years under its old name, then changed it to Sawin’s Express, which became one of the best known and most flourishing of the suburban express lines about Boston. His business was in transporting baggage and merchandise between Boston and Cambridge.
