The party is shown in the den, the front room on the left of the house. Ruthann "Sugar" Grindle Fenton remembers that she was upset because she could not find her doll carriage. Someone had "borrowed" the carriage for her mother's surprise baby shower. The carriage reappeared "when Mum wheeled it home solid full of presents." "The Salisbury building which now houses the local branch of the Bar Harbor Banking and Trust Company, the post office and a plumbing shop, was built by the late Archie R.
