His wife died before it was completed and he sold the house to Frank Higgins. Mr. Higgins never finished it and in 1883 he sold it to S. W. After Mr. Herrick's death, his daughter sold the building to Earll Gott who moved it to his lot on the High Road where he occupies it as a home, having entirely remodeled and improved it.

Crippen Co. - musical instruments and supplies.
